In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the plus779 website accessible at plus779.net, including all games, sportsbook markets, account management features, and related services.
• "plus779," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the plus779 platform, a PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator registered and operating in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the Platform, holding the player's PHP wallet balance and transaction history.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal processing, conducted in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded to a player account, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate betting turnover a player must complete before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features accessible from the Account settings page.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on plus779, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated bot).
3. You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets or accessing real-money games, or you are a Filipino national otherwise permitted to access the Platform under applicable law.
4. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by plus779 or PAGCOR.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of plus779, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
6. You do not already hold another active plus779 account.
7. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. plus779 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify the information provided. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

plus779 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, in its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable law and PAGCOR requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.

You must notify plus779 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. plus779 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices or failed to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, except where unauthorized activity results directly from a verified security breach on plus779's systems.

plus779 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or other means — plus779 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any balance determined to have been derived from multi-account abuse.

Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

All deposits and withdrawals on plus779 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

plus779 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change over time and will be displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.

Deposits are credited to your Account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. plus779 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or mobile wallet operators.

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may not process withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and may require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. plus779 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable period and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

plus779 applies a same-source withdrawal policy: funds will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made subject to verification.

plus779 reserves the right to deduct applicable withholding taxes from winnings in accordance with Philippine tax law, including the 20% final withholding tax on casino winnings as may be required under Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations. Players are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from gambling winnings.

plus779 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, matched deposits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated wagering requirement multiple before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time, unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses are awarded at plus779's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time, provided that the terms applicable at the time of claim will govern that specific bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times, using bonus funds for low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine play, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses not claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire automatically.
• plus779 reserves the right to correct errors in bonus calculations and to reverse credited bonuses that were awarded in error.

Certain game categories or specific titles may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots toward wagering requirements.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the plus779 Platform, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface. Sportsbook betting rules are published on the sportsbook rules page of the Platform.

Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after acceptance except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific bet, and within the time window provided by such feature.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, the following principles apply:

• Where a game round has been fully and verifiably completed by the Platform's systems prior to the malfunction, the result stands and will be reflected in the player's account once the technical issue is resolved.
• Where a game round cannot be determined to have been fully completed due to the malfunction, the bet staked on that round will be refunded to the player's cash balance.
• plus779's system logs are the authoritative record of game outcomes. In the event of a dispute between a player's device display and plus779's system logs, the system logs prevail.

plus779 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of all games or sportsbook markets at all times. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or other technical factors. plus779 will endeavor to minimize disruption and will communicate scheduled maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

Sportsbook bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided by the provider — due to event cancellation, insufficient play, or other qualifying reasons — will be refunded at the staked amount to the player's cash balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plus779 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic low-risk wagering strategy using bonus funds that constitutes abuse of the bonus terms.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to the Platform via your bank or payment provider without prior agreement from plus779's support team.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing plus779 staff or other players via any communication channel.

plus779 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some players, and we maintain a range of tools and policies designed to support player welfare.

Players may access the following Responsible Gaming Tools directly from the Account settings page at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify the player after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on Account login for a player-selected duration. The Account cannot be reactivated during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: A binding restriction on Account access for a defined period of not less than six months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the player will be removed from all marketing communications.

plus779 may, at its discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions. This may include temporary deposit limit reductions or cooling-off periods applied by our responsible gaming team.

plus779 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, plus779 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any balance derived from the conduct constituting the breach may be voided. Any remaining legitimately-deposited balance (i.e., real money deposited by the player, not bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to successful identity verification and AML clearance.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any remaining cash balance after deduction of applicable bonus-derived amounts will be refunded subject to KYC completion.

Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. plus779 will provide prior notice of any dormant account fee by email to the account's registered email address before fees are applied. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or contact support if they wish to maintain their account in an inactive state without fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plus779's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plus779 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical interruptions, or maintenance periods.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms limits plus779's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection or gaming laws.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. plus779 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

All content on the plus779 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and page layouts, is the property of plus779 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This license does not grant you the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Game content — including all slot titles, live dealer game streams, and other gaming software — is licensed to plus779 by third-party game providers. That content remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their proprietary rights.

plus779 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on plus779, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

You have rights under the Data Privacy Act including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. These rights may be exercised by contacting [email protected]. Note that certain data retention obligations imposed by PAGCOR and the AMLC may limit the exercise of deletion rights for specific categories of data.

plus779 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under the agreement — plus779 will provide notice by email to your registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or restructuring that does not change the substance of the Terms — plus779 may update the Terms without advance notice, and the updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after amended Terms have taken effect constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time a bet is placed or a transaction is initiated governs that specific bet or transaction.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Data Privacy Act, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussion via the plus779 support channel at [email protected]. plus779 aims to respond to formal dispute submissions within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines. Disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may also be elevated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes in accordance with the terms of plus779's operating license.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
